  I'm assuming this place does not know how to take care of cats with special needs. It started with an appointment vet we setup for Wednesday and then they called us the next day letting us know that they could not take our cat Wednesday but offered us to keep her over night Monday night and provide the service on Tuesday morning. I took them up on their offer as we had several appointments throughout the week but our cat is a priority and providing they were offering us to take our cat for the night *free of charge* we appreciated it. So we drive to the clinic on Monday morning and give them full details on our cat, provided them with records on her previous visits and explained the needs she required from here previous vet visits when we lived in another state. She had heart worms before and so they offered to do a heart worm test while she was there for $16. We agreed to this and left the clinic and wasn't even halfway home before the vet called us and let us know they don't offer heart worm tests for cats there. Then she sounded confused on how our cat had a history of heart worms as if she shouldn't be alive if she had them before. This concerned me on leaving her there as she sounded unsure of how to treat her as well. She told me she would get the other vets records and that was the end of the call. This also was early morning time. We went home and they kept our cat overnight. Tuesday morning we get a call from them telling us they can't help our cat because they don't have the right equipment for her. She needs sedated before grooming due to her history and they found the other vet would gas her to help sedate her and all they had was injections which they said they didn't find safe for her. They also told me and stressed she wasnt a friendly cat which we informed them that she gets worked up going to the vet and could bite. (Any vet that has dealt with cats should know this automatically that most cats are not friendly in unknown territory).... So I told them it might be a bit before we can pick her up but I asked if they would charge me and she said there shouldn't be any charge. I told her if they couldn't do anything for her that I didn't want to pay for no service and the lady was very snotty and decided to inform me "well we did keep your cat for a night but you know".. This was horrible customer service and I'm very disappointed with how they made me feel being there. No words were exchanged or even an apology for our wasted time when we came to pick our cat up this morning. I expected better and I suggest if you have a cat, find a place that cares. This one doesn't. This vet is 30 min away from us and we selected it because the pricing is good here, the service was very unprofessional and seemed as if they had no clue how to help our cat.
